22nd Annual Project Achievement Awards

The Metro NY/NJ Chapter is announcing its 22nd annual Project Achievement Awards program. This annual program recognizes outstanding achievement in the practice of construction management. Award winners serve as examples for CMAA promoting professionalism and excellence in the management of the construction process. 

All entries must be submitted by the deadline of April 3, 2015. Each nominated project will be evaluated by a committee composed of owners and professional construction managers using the criteria listed on the attached nomination form. Only the best project in each category will be selected. Multiple submissions are welcome; however, only one award will be given per company.

Criteria and Classification
The Metro NY/NJ chapter will recognize projects in the following categories:

• Projects with a constructed value of less than $20 million
• Projects with a constructed value of $20 - $60 million
• Projects with a constructed value of $60 - $100 million
• Projects with a constructed value greater than $100 million
• Projects that were Owner Managed with in-house staff
• Projects that were MBE, WBE or DBE Managed being the sole Prime
  

The competition is open to any project within New York and New Jersey, and all projects must have been completed in calendar year 2014. 

Winning projects will be announced at the Annual Awards Banquet to be held on Friday, June 12, 2015. Applications should be submitted to:
